How FORMA finds property
FORMA helps you define criteria, find matching catalogue records and compare properties. Search does not replace a viewing, availability confirmation or document checks.
Start with the essentialsQuestions worth asking.
Where listings come from
Imported listings include a source link and the date the data was obtained. Auction records and investment project overviews are labelled separately. Importing a listing does not imply a partnership with its advertiser.
How text and voice search work
The assistant turns your request into catalogue criteria: buying or renting, city, district, type, room count and budget. After dictating, check the transcript and interpreted filters. If no exact results exist, adjust a criterion.
What the source date means
The date records data retrieval, not current availability. Prices can change and listings can be withdrawn. FORMA does not verify an advertiser’s legal authority or a property’s condition from a listing alone.
Rental prices and investment income
An advertised rent is not the owner’s net income. A calculation needs verified rental comparables, expenses, vacancy assumptions and management terms. A project’s advertised yield does not guarantee a return.
Common questions
Is every FORMA property verified?
No. Sources and specifications help you compare offers, but do not certify the documents, owner or property condition.
How can I submit my property?
Choose Sell or Let, fill in the details and add photos. The submission goes to review and does not automatically become a public listing.
