A shortlist before travelling
Define the city, budget in a specific currency, property type and condition requirements. Save options in the catalogue and confirm availability and viewing arrangements with the advertiser.
What to ask for in a video viewing
Ask to see the entrance, windows, utilities, layout and finishes. Note what the video did not answer. A video viewing does not replace document review or a technical inspection.
The transaction depends on your circumstances
Before payments, discuss citizenship, residency, property type, representation, documents and payment arrangements with an independent qualified lawyer and notary. This page does not establish universal legal rules for every buyer.
